Cabins are filled with boys of the same age. At least two collegiate counselors (over 18 years old) and possibly a junior counselor (16 to 17 years old) who will be assigned to caring for the young men in every cabin. The cabin leader is a counselor who is Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified.
Each day, the cabin will engage in Bible Exploration which contains a devotional, bible reading, personal sharing and group discussion.
In the middle of the week, each cabin will pack up and hike out to one of our many nearby campsites (one to two hours walking distance from camp). Sites are located along the Hudson, around scenic ponds and lakes, or near a beautiful vista.
Each week, campers will select two options from over ten activity choices. These activities will focus on building up a young man’s confidence and competence throughout the week. Campers are encouraged to try out new activities each year. For those who desire a true challenge, check out Endeavor week, or our out-of-camp trips!
