What is the opposite of pride? In other words, if you aren’t being proud, cocky, haughty, or arrogant, what can those traits be replaced with?

How does coming to know Jesus give us everything we need to live a godly life?



Recognize Jesus is God and He wants to have a relationship with you. It was because of your need for forgiveness that He willingly went to the cross, surrendering His life as a payment for your sin so you might be forgiven. Jesus wants you to know Him.

 

Admit you are a sinner and need to change. Admit you are deserving of death.

Believe that Jesus died in your place and rose again.

Call on Christ, invite Him into your life to be Master, Savior, and Lord.

Paul was content, not because he had everything that he wanted, but because he knew that God was in control even in tough circumstances.
