Step into two weeks built for growth, guidance, and leadership. In JCLT you will discover not only who God created you to be, but also how He’s equipping you to lead others. You’ll stand in the middle of community with other emerging leaders, learning to step up in your home, school, future teams, and here at camp.

This program begins by looking inward, developing character and faith, and then moves outward, putting those lessons into practice through service, teamwork, and real leadership. It’s about learning to follow well, lead with purpose, and influence others through integrity and example.

JCLT Is About Leadership

In this program, you won’t just learn about leadership—you’ll live it. Every day brings opportunities to take initiative, serve others, and grow through challenge. You’ll practice leading devotions, planning activities, and working alongside counselors to guide younger campers.

You’ll be stretched, encouraged, and sharpened by a team that believes leadership is learned through doing. By the end of the two weeks, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of who you are, what kind of leader you’re becoming, and how God can use you to make an impact wherever you go.

Lastly, these young men will learn about having and modeling a servant’s heart, this may be put into practice as a service project for NF, helping a nearby church’s vacation bible school, or assisting the leaders in some local trail work maintenance for the DEC.
