This summer, we are again so excited to minister to the boys that come to Northern Frontier Camp! We want to see more boys come to NF to share God’s love and the good news of Gospel, take them on adventures, foster lifelong friendships, and ignite a spark to set their hearts on fire to love and serve God. We pray that the Lord will fill the stockade and battalion campfire site every night with campers. We can picture them now laughing at skits, screaming about a “little red wagon,” and listening as one of our staff shares a testimony. As the night closes, we see boys talking with a counselor about the message that night and others praying with a counselor and committing their lives to Christ!

We want to see more stockade boys begin their camp journey with us that can continue on through their battalion years and can lead to out-of-camp trips and eventually our leadership/staff training process. This is where we want to come alongside you, the families and church, and train boys in developing a servant’s heart and leadership skills; this is part of our Service Crew and CORE Training programs. The next step for them is to join us at 16 for our JC-Leadership Training program, and then join staff at 17 as a Junior Counselor, followed by our collegiate age counselor staff position. Toward the end of their time on staff as a collegian we can offer other opportunities to grow in leadership and administrative tasks through the summer.
