☐ Meningococcal Meiningitis Vaccination Response Form
☐ A Note From the Parent Form
☐ Acknowledgement of Risk and COVID-19 Liability Waivers

Complete these financial tasks in your UltraCamp account:
☐ Add Camp Store funds
☐ Pay your balance

☐ Get Packing! Label everything with the camper’s first and last name.

To access the UltraCamp system for forms and account information, go to www.northernfrontier.org and log in at the top of the homepage using your camp system email and password. If locked out, try the password recovery feature first and then contact the camp office.
