You may notice a few updates on our website. In the past, we’ve performed complete overhauls (you can check them out using the Wayback Machine: 2001, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2012, and 2017). It’s been five years since our last update, but this time we wanted to do things a bit differently. In the past our approach was to come in ready to do heavy-lifting with new design and layout. To put it simply, we’ve liked our website and we didn’t want to reinvent something that wasn’t broken.

What’s changed? Well, we’ve done a lot of under-the-hood maintenance which has decreased load times and it should feel faster as you browse. There’s been some minor tweaks made to the menus for clarity and more sensible navigation. We replaced a few of our older photos with ones from recent years.

New features include a brand new Promotional Video (on our home page) a Virtual Camp Tour which we would love you to check out! It’ll make for a great trip down memory lane for our alumni and for new campers and parents to get a sneak peak at our landscape. There’s also a refreshed NF News which features an archive of Director Updates, as well as other important announcements.

Next up we’ll be adding more testimonials with a form to fill out your own if you’d like to share your story with us and others!
